Using the www.cavoparadiso.gr online booking system and Cavo Paradiso's mobile apps implies knowledge and acceptance of terms and conditions of use. You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Cavo Paradiso booking system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE BOOKING

Access and browsing in this web site and Cavo Paradiso's online booking system, implies acceptance and knowledge of the legal warnings, terms and conditions of use contained therein.

MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS

Cavo Paradiso reserves the right to change these terms at any time. User is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms that are on a continuous basis put at the disposal of the user by including them in this web site. Continued use of this web site following any such changes shall constitute the user's acceptance of such changes.

CONTACT

A valid name & surname, phone number and e-mail address is required to secure your booking.

CREDIT CARDS

If you choose to pay online for your booking, a valid credit/debit card must be used at reservation time.

IMPORTANT!!!

Payment authorisation is done by an external process and Cavo Paradiso's online booking system is not responsible for using credit/debit cards that are not valid, or for their misuse. In case your online payment was not confirmed, you should address to the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.

DELIVERY METHOD

For the reservation paid online, the e-ticket is automatically issued and sent via e-mail to the address mentioned at the reservation moment. Please, use a passbook compatible application to open and view your ticket.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation must be done at least half an hour(s) before the event.
User confirms and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years of age and possesses the legal right capacity and ability to enter into the agreement with www.cavoparadiso.gr and the booking system to which these terms apply and to use this web site, and the apps, in accordance with these terms. User agrees to be financially responsible for all use of this web site. User may not allow other persons to make reservations under user's name or account. User agrees that the reservations facilities of this web site and the apps shall be used only to make legitimate reservations for user and for the accompanying persons. User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes arising out of the use of this web site.
Cavo Paradiso cannot be hold responsible for mistakes arising from an end user wrong inputs or typing mistakes that could lead to wrong reservations including mistakes generated by wrong usage of 'back' and 'forward' options from browser.
Cavo Paradiso reserves the right to immediatly cancel and withour further notification all bookings that could bear the suspicion of fraud or generated by abusive usage of the bookings engine.
No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances, unless an event is cancelled. In such an occasion, refunds can only be made digitally, after a written request has been made within 3 days after the cancellation of the show. You cannot get a refund at the club, even for last minute cancellations, or at any of the Cavo Paradiso boutique stores. In order to get your refund, please, forward your received ticket email to presales@cavoparadiso.gr to get your refund (it is important to send your email from the mail account that you used when purchasing your ticket and at least include the Reservation Ref No that can be found on the received ticket). All refunds are processed through the authorized bank's internal system and are made to the account associated with the card used for the purchase.
The resale of tickets is prohibited. Cavo Paradiso reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
Cavo Paradiso will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
Lineups may be subject to change.
Cavo Paradiso operates an over 18s policy. Anyone under the age of 18 will be refused entry.
Cavo Paradiso reserves the right to carry out security searches on entry.

PAYMENT

The ticket booked with www.cavoparadiso.gr can be instantly purchased online using a credit/debit card; alternatively one can pay cash at a Cavo Paradiso site the night of the event.
If you choose to purchase online using credit/debit card, full payment will be deducted from your credit card at purchase time. If not paid for, at the end of this period of time the reservation will be automatically cancelled by the bookings engine. You will be debited for all named persons contained in the reservation.
For credit cards issued in other currencies than the Euro, cardholders will incur fees charged by the issuing banks and any difference resulting from the performed exchange, also from the issuing bank, Cavo Paradiso S.A. having no knowledge or control about the exchange rates used by the issuing banks.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE WITH YOU

You will need to print and carry with you the confirmation email you received, your phone with the passbook ticket and a valid and in-force ID.
For group reservations, you are requested to check-in all together, to avoid conflicts.
It is compulsory that you carry your identity card or passport with you. The entrance assistants will not allow you to enter the club, until you show them your identity card or passport.
Selfie sticks are not allowed in the venue.
Cavo Paradiso operates an over 18s policy. Anyone under the age of 18 will be refused entry.

APPLICABLE LAW

For any dispute arising from the use of services or for any other reason between the user and Cavo Paradiso, the Greek Law is applicable and the Courts of Athens are responsible.
For any dispute arising from these terms of use between the user and the Cavo Paradiso, the first, prior to initiating any legal action, is required to contact the company within 3 days after the occurrence of the events. Failure to meet this condition constitutes the violation of a substantial contractual term concluded between the user and Cavo Paradiso.
