RESERVATION ❗

These terms apply to reservations made through Cavo Paradiso's online booking system, whether via the website or mobile applications.

• Reservations must be made at least 30 minutes before the event.
• The user must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement with Cavo Paradiso.
• The user agrees to be financially responsible for all transactions made through this system.
• Reservations must be made only for the user and accompanying persons. Other individuals may not book under the user's name or account.
• The user is fully responsible for all charges, fees, duties and taxes related to their reservation.
• Cavo Paradiso is not responsible for errors caused by user input mistakes, including incorrect details or improper use of the browser's back / forward buttons.
• Cavo Paradiso reserves the right to cancel any reservations suspected of fraud or abusive use of the booking system.
• Cavo Paradiso is not liable for any losses resulting from user errors, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of the booking system.

Ticket Policy:

• Entry is permitted only on the specific date printed on the ticket and upon presentation of a matching valid photo ID/Passport. Otherwise, entry will be denied without a refund.
• Full names of all guests must be entered accurately at the time of tickets purchase. Any discrepancy between the name on the ticket and the guest's official ID/Passport may result in denied entry without a refund.
• Tickets will only be sent to the email address provided during purchase. Cavo Paradiso will not forward tickets to alternative email addresses.
• Once a transaction is complete, Cavo Paradiso will not process requests for name corrections, date changes, or amendments to the registered email address.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Cavo Paradiso reserves the right to cancel any resold tickets.
• Cavo Paradiso is not responsible for lineup and set times changes.
• Cavo Paradiso is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the event or the guest's ability to attend the event.
• Over 18s policy: Entry is strictly restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
• Security searches may be conducted upon entry.

PAYMENTS ❗

Tickets can be purchased instantly online using a credit/debit card, or paid in cash at the venue on the night of the event.

Online payments require a valid credit/debit card at the time of reservation.

If paying online, the full amount will be charged immediately. Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled.

The user will be charged for all persons included in the reservation.

Foreign currency payments:

• If the card is issued in a currency other than EUR, additional fees may apply.
• Fees and exchange rates differences are determined by the issuing bank, beyond Cavo Paradiso's control.

Payment authorization is handled externally. If a transaction fails, users must contact their card-issuing bank.

DELIVERY METHOD ❗

• For reservations paid online, an e-ticket is automatically issued and sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
• Please use a Passbook-compatible application to open and view your ticket.
• Users who make purchases through the Cavo Paradiso Mykonos application can access their passbook tickets directly within the app by selecting the 'Tickets' option.

CANCELLATION POLICY ❗

• No refunds, credits or ticket date transfers will be issued under any circumstances, unless the event is cancelled by Cavo Paradiso or the artist (this does not apply to cancellations due to adverse weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control).
• If an event is cancelled, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of notice of cancellation.
• Refunds are processed only digitally and are returned to the original payment account.
• You cannot get a refund at the club, even for last minute cancellations, or at any of the Cavo Paradiso boutique stores.
• To request a refund, email presales@cavoparadiso.gr from the same email used for the booking, including your Reservation Ref No.

EVENT TIMING

All event times listed on our website are local time.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR ENTRY

• A printed or digital version of your confirmation email and e-ticket.
• A valid, government-issued ID (passport or identity card).
• If you do not have your ticket, you can check in using your name and ID.
• For group reservations, all members should check in together.
• Selfie sticks are not allowed inside the venue.

DRESS CODE

Balance between looking chic and being comfortable.

WOMEN: Bodycon skirts, jeans, jumpsuits, and evening dresses are all appropriate attire. Flip-flops and beachwear are not permitted.

MEN: Semi-formal attire is required, including trousers (long or short), shirts, and t-shirts. Swimsuits and flip-flops are not allowed.
